So, what are you doing on this holiday?
I plan on relaxing, reading, and at some point getting in my 6 mile (might have to be 9 if I go with my mom to Red Robin) walk today.
In other news, I've lost 16-18 lbs since the beginning of last December. Currently sitting around 202, 200 lbs. Hopefully, since I've been lifting as well as dieting and walking, some of the stuff turned to muscle.
